David Goggins is a multi-talented man that serves as an inspiration to many. He is a retired Navy SEAL, endurance athlete, motivational speaker, and author. Early Life
Goggins was born in upstate New York on February 17, 1975. His parents are Trunnis and Jackie Goggins, and his brother is Trunnis Jr. The family lived in Williamsville in 1981.
For him, childhood was a horrific experience. David was bullied as a boy, and he was frequently mocked by others for working at his father’s skating rink to help his family.

Military Background
After graduating from high school, he opted to join the military at 19 years old. Goggins joined the Air Force before transferring to the Navy. He started out by training for pararescue.
