Vitaly Zdorovetskiy (also known as VitalyzdTv) is a Russian-American content creator who mainly makes prank videos. His YouTube grind throughout the years has earned him a net worth of $7 million. His stunts have gotten him in trouble with the law on several occasions, so fans are asking what happened to him.
Early Life
Zdorovetskiy was born in Murmansk, Russia on March 8, 1992. His mother, Elena Vulitsky is a former model and had to raise him as a single mother. He spent some of his childhood in Odessa, Ukraine, but relocated to Boca Raton, Florida.
Vitaly attended Park Vista Community High School and tried to become a professional skateboarder at a young age but was forced to give up due to injuries. He got his first job at 15 years old, working as a garbage collector.
His second job was much more fun, he was a sign-spinner dressed as Uncle Sam. After this, he worked as a busboy at a Miami restaurant. In 2011, Zdorovetskiy participated in a pornographic scene for an adult firm just as he turned 18.
YouTube Career
He started making prank videos just as YouTube was kicking off. His first viral video took off in 2012, it was a prank where he dressed up as a zombie in Miami. As time went on, his pranks became more extreme.
Currently, his YouTube channel has over 10 million subscribers, even after taking a break for a year due to a skydiving accident. He broke his neck and back, but he didn’t need surgery. Over the years, his channel has gone downhill as he began partying and hung out with the wrong crowd. He developed a huge ego and started to get burnt out from uploading videos. Once YouTube became a business, he stopped enjoying it.
Controversies
Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is known for being an attention seeker. This may be the reason for his YouTube success, but it’s also the cause of his many arrests. He was first arrested in 2014 for trespassing on the field during the FIFA World Cup Final in 2014.
After mounting the Hollywood Sign in 2016, he was arrested again. In the same year, in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, he was detained for streaking. He was jailed once more for storming onto the field during MLB’s Game 5 of the 2017 World Series.
In January 2020, he was imprisoned for five days in an Egyptian jail after climbing the Pyramids of Giza. One of his recent cases came from reportedly attacking a female jogger in Miami Beach in April 2020. After paying a $7,500 bond, he was freed.
Personal Life
Despite all the trouble, Vitaly is back but isn’t actively uploading content. Right now, he uploads around one video per month and is working hard to be a better person. He’s trying to cut down on drinking and is looking to restart his career on YouTube. He previously dated influencer Kinsey Wolanski but they are no longer together.
