Early Life
Born to Errol and Maye Musk, she is the younger sister of Kimbal and Elon Musk. Her parents got divorced when she was five years old and Tosca stayed with her mum while Elon stayed with his dad.
Elon migrated to Canada after high school, and Tosca and moved to Canada with her mother. In 1997, she earned a BFA degree in film studies from the University of British Columbia.
Career Beginnings
Initially, Tosca worked for Alliance Atlantis as the director of development for Magnolia Films. There she helped with producing and marketing of network cable television projects.
