Utah Beginnings
Kristoffer Andrew Krohn was born on September 24, 1979, in Utah. Raised by Klaus and Eileen Krohn, not much is known about his early life. The Utah native went to Eastlake High School in Redmond, Washington and graduated in 1998.
Krohn pursued a degree in Psychology and Human Development at BYU, this is surprising, considering his current career. Most followers would have guessed that Kris got a business degree.
After graduation, Kris eventually got involved in real estate and began taking out home equity loans to acquire properties. The strategy allows homeowners to borrow money against the equity in their property. This has worked well over the last decade due to low-interest rates but isn’t as effective right now.

Once he realized his passion for selling properties, Kris worked for various Utah-based real estate agents in the 1990s and early 2000s. After that, he established his own companies, Real Estate Investors Club and Strongbrook Group. This move made him a millionaire in his mid-20’s.
In 2003, his first two books “The Conscious and The Straight Path to Real Estate Wealth”, were hits and sold millions of copies. This further cemented Kris Krohn’s status as a respected realtor.

Kris met his wife, Kaleen Krohn, during their college days at Brigham Young University. They got married in 2002 and have four children together. Currently, the couple live with their kids in Summit Creek, an exclusive homesite in Utah.
