Stefana Avara is definitely an exception to that rule. She has been recognized for being among the top 28 fitness influencers on TikTok, Avara is doing far more than just using her stunning looks, physique and workout posts to rack up more followers.
The native of Romania is 22 now, and every move Avara makes indicates that she’s in it for the long haul. So let’s take a more detailed look at her journey into the fitness world to see what’s made her so popular.
Her Fitness Journey
Looks aside, Avara has been a major advocate of body positivity. She claims to have joined TikTok initially to post workout videos for specific workouts that have made her feel good.
The fact she has nearly a million followers with posts that have been liked over 20 million times indicate that she’s definitely struck a chord. Differentiating between good workouts and the lesser ones definitely brought Avara to a different place.
When she began receiving direct messages from women asking about weight loss, Avara began to take a different approach beyond just posting workout videos.
Specifically, Avara began to focus on identifying photos that were fake. She found no shortage of targets, especially celebs. When she combined that approach with body positivity, her popularity as an influencer continued to soar.
She regularly includes flaws in her own body in some of her photos, i.e., tummy rolls and other normal characteristics.

Avara’s looks are clearly part of the package, but she’s taken a serious approach to becoming a professional when it comes to the business side of fitness.
A graduate of Ohio University, Avara is on track to graduate with an MBA that also includes quantitative analysis. She uses spreadsheets and analytics in her own fitness business as well.
That work has led to the kind of expansion that comes with huge success. Avaya has a successful personal training business, Defining Fitness, where she claims to work with about 200 clients per month. She also has her own fitness line, Defining Active.
Her podcast, which is named TREADtalks, has been popular, and she also has another business Liaison the Label, which is also designed to feature movement-related products.
Given her success to date, it’s only a matter of time before Avara begins partnering up with huge brands to promote their fitness-related products.
Avara seems content to take this one step at a time, and she clearly seems to be into the fitness space for the long haul.
Stefana Avara has been far more low key about exposing her dating life. In fact, the only clue that she has a boyfriend is contained in a TikTok post in which the man in her life is also identified as her personal photographer.
