Rosanna Pansino is an American YouTuber, entrepreneur, author, and performer. Since 2011, she has presented the web series Nerdy Nummies, for which she received a Shorty Award. Born on June 8, 1985, Rosanna was raised in Seattle, Washington. She has a sister named Molly Lu. Their ancestors are of Italian, Croatian, German, and Irish descent.
Friends and family referred to her as a nerdy child throughout her youth. She suffered from dyslexia in school. She has always had baking as her hobby. Her grandmother and father were the ones who inspired her to cook.
Pansino aspired to be an actor when she grew a bit older, so after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, she came to Los Angeles to follow her dream.
In 2008, Pansino made her TV debut as a participant in the second season of VH1’s reality show Scream Queens. She came in 9th place on a reality show in which the reward was a spot in one of the Saw movies.

She received the Best Foodie title from Shorty Awards, along with five Streamy nominations. At the time of writing, her self-titled channel has over 13.2 million subscribers.
Rosanna Pansino also made some music. Kurt Hugo Schneider arranged and produced her first song, “Perfect Together,” which she launched in 2015. It was first published on iTunes, with the music video following later that year.
Pansino went on to write The Nerdy Nummies Cookbook in 2015, which was launched the following year. The book features recipes that were previously presented on Nerdy Nummies. She wrote her second book in 2018.
She introduced a baking line in August 2017 in conjunction with Wilton, a cookery brand. They sell kits with cooking items geared toward beginners. She makes over $6 million per year from her different entertainment ventures.
