It’s been two years since Bethesda released Wolfenstein: The New Order but the team is ready for another battle against the Nazis.
Releasing on Oct. 27, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus takes place in 1961 and follows protagonist B.J. Blazkowicz who is fighting in the United States to help the American resistance. Set in the same timeline that featured the Nazis winning World War II, the trailer features Blazkowicz waking up in a hospital bed.
According to Bethesda, B.J. isn’t just in a battle against the Nazis, he must also rebuild himself. “After barely surviving the assassination of Nazi General Deathshead at the end of Wolfenstein: The New Order, B.J. begins his exhilarating adventure while still recovering from his extensive injuries. Bloody but unbowed, he soon finds himself fully restored and stronger than ever,” said Bethesda.
The game promises more gore and action and looks to include some pretty intense shootouts against Nazis, robots, and even alligators. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will be out on Oct. 27, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
